AUGUST Monthly Meeting

MC Tour and Business Meeting

Register online no later than August 16. First come, first served, maximum of 50 per tour time that must be selected when registering.  Make sure you register with an email address you check regularly so you will know of any updates.

This tour is for members only.  If you are not a member of the Retiree Association you must join to sign up for a tour.  Choose the JOIN tab on the home page of the website or click here:  New Member Application


  • 1st Tour Arrival time: 10:00 am, Tour: 10:30-11:30

  • Refreshments 11:30 – 12 noon (cheese, veggie or meat pizza rather than our usual breakfast items), Business Meeting 12 noon – 12:20 pm

  • 2nd Tour Arrival time: 11:30 am, Tour: 12:30 – 1:30 pm 

Parking: Enter through Gate A, the main gate on Commerce Road, and you will be directed by Security to parking in the circle or other parking if the circle is full. Bring a government issued picture ID.  

Entry:  Enter the MC through the main entrance and sign in, and you will be directed to the Lower Lobby.

IMPORTANT:  No retirees should walk to other areas of the MC and definitely should not go out onto the floor except with a tour guide and must keep up with the tour guide and not linger behind to talk to employees.  This is a walking tour.


  • There will be no hand walkers or canes allowed on the tours but there will be 2 golf carts available with 3 people per cart, available on a first come first served basis for those with mobility issues.

  • If you have mobility issues, please send us an email to reserve a spot on a cart.

  • Retirees only.  Guest sign up is not available.

September Meeting:     State of the Business, New Member Reception with Wine Tasting

Speaker: Heather Newman, President and CEO, PMUSA

Space for this great event is limited so register early. Reception includes wine (featuring our Ste. Michelle Wine Estates), cheese and hors d’oeuvres. Cost is $10 for members, $20 for guests.  New Members will be entered in a special raffle. Click on the event in the list on the right for more details and to register.
